2. Eligibility to Use the Website
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to independently create an account or place an order.
If you are below the legal age for entering into a contract, you may use the website only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian. The parent or guardian will be responsible for reviewing the product information, supervising the transaction, and ensuring that the purchase and intended use are appropriate.
We reserve the right to request reasonable information necessary to verify eligibility, identity, account ownership, order authenticity, or compliance with these Terms.
The website is intended primarily for users purchasing products for lawful personal or household use. Commercial resale, unauthorised distribution, fraudulent purchasing, or other business use may require our prior written permission.
3. Website Access
We grant users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the website for lawful personal shopping and information purposes.
This permission does not transfer ownership of the website, its content, software, branding, design, photographs, product material, or intellectual property.
We may suspend, restrict, modify, or temporarily discontinue parts of the website for:
- Maintenance
- Security updates
- Technical repairs
- Product or content updates
- Legal or regulatory compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Operational changes
- Events beyond our reasonable control
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain website availability but do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, completely error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.
4. Customer Accounts
Certain website features may allow or require users to create an account.
When creating or using an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password
- Protect access to your email and mobile number
- Avoid sharing account credentials
- Update information when it changes
- Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access
- Accept responsibility for lawful activity conducted through your account
You may not impersonate another person, create an account using false information, or use an account without the owner’s permission.
We may suspend or restrict an account if we reasonably suspect:
- Fraudulent activity
- Unauthorised access
- False information
- Payment abuse
- Repeated refusal of COD orders
- Misuse of discounts
- Harassment of staff or service partners
- Violation of these Terms
- Activity presenting a legal, operational, or security risk
Account restrictions will not remove any statutory consumer right relating to a valid order.
5. Accuracy of Customer Information
You are responsible for ensuring that information supplied during registration, checkout, payment, or customer-support communication is accurate and complete.
This includes:
- Full name
- Active mobile number
- Correct email address
- Complete delivery address
- Correct PIN code
- Landmark or delivery instructions
- Payment information
- Order details
- Refund information, where required
Incorrect or incomplete information may cause payment failure, dispatch delay, unsuccessful delivery, return-to-origin, cancellation, or difficulty processing a refund.
If you identify an error after placing an order, contact customer support immediately. We may attempt to correct the information before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed after packing or shipment.
6. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product information, including:
- Product name
- Product images
- Pack size
- Quantity
- Ingredient information
- Directions for use

- Price
- Availability
- Manufacturer or marketer information
- Applicable regulatory declarations
Customers must read the physical product label before use. If website information differs from the current product label, contact us before consuming the product.
Website images are provided for identification and presentation. Minor differences may occur because of:
- Packaging updates
- Label revisions
- Manufacturing batches
- Lighting and photography
- Screen settings
- Regulatory changes
- Promotional packaging
A minor visual difference that does not affect the identity, quantity, quality, safety, or intended nature of the product will not necessarily mean that an incorrect item was supplied.
Material information required by applicable law will not be intentionally hidden or misrepresented.
7. Wellness and Supplement Disclaimer
Swasthya Veda offers Ayurvedic wellness products, food supplements, nutraceuticals, or related consumer-wellness products, depending on the applicable classification and licence of each product.
Our products are intended to support general wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease unless a specific claim is lawfully authorised.
Information provided through the website, advertisements, product pages, articles, FAQs, reviews, social-media posts, or customer support:
- Is provided for general informational purposes
- Is not medical advice
- Is not a medical diagnosis
- Is not a prescription
- Is not a substitute for professional healthcare
- Does not guarantee a particular result
Individual experiences may vary based on factors including age, diet, lifestyle, health status, consistency, allergies, medication, metabolism, and other personal circumstances.
Before use, customers must read all:
- Ingredients
- Allergen information
- Directions
- Recommended usage
- Warnings
- Storage instructions
- Expiry information
- Label declarations
Pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with medical conditions, people taking prescription or non-prescription medicines, individuals preparing for surgery, and people with known allergies should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using a wellness supplement.
Customers must not exceed the recommended usage stated on the label unless advised by a qualified healthcare professional.
If an adverse reaction is suspected, discontinue use and obtain appropriate professional advice.
8. No Guaranteed Results
We do not guarantee:
- A fixed amount of weight change
- A particular body transformation
- A specific time frame for results
- Improvement in a medical condition
- Identical results for every customer
- Permanent outcomes
- Results without appropriate diet, activity, or lifestyle practices
Testimonials and reviews represent individual experiences and should not be treated as promises, typical outcomes, or medical evidence.
Before-and-after content, if lawfully displayed, is illustrative of an individual experience and does not guarantee the same outcome for another customer.
A customer’s dissatisfaction with individual results does not automatically create eligibility for a return or refund, subject always to applicable consumer law and our published Return and Refund Policy.
9. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to a cart or wishlist does not reserve it. A product may become unavailable before checkout, payment verification, processing, or dispatch.
We may:
- Limit purchase quantities
- Discontinue products
- Update packaging
- Correct inventory errors
- Substitute only with customer approval where required
- Cancel an unavailable item
- Issue an eligible refund for an unavailable prepaid item
If only part of an order is unavailable, we may contact the customer, dispatch available items where appropriate, or cancel the unavailable item and process the corresponding eligible refund.
10. Placing an Order
An order is an offer by the customer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.
The checkout process may include:
- Selecting products
- Reviewing the cart
- Entering delivery information
- Choosing a payment method
- Reviewing applicable charges
- Accepting relevant terms
- Submitting the order
Receipt of an order number or automated confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
An order may remain subject to:
- Payment confirmation
- COD verification
- Product availability
- Delivery serviceability
- Address verification
- Fraud and security checks
- Quantity limits
- Compliance review
The sale is treated as confirmed when the order is accepted and processed for fulfilment, subject to applicable law.
11. Order Acceptance and Rejection
We reserve the right to refuse, place on hold, or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or description error
- Payment failure
- Suspected fraud
- Unauthorised transaction
- Incorrect customer information
- Unserviceable address
- Excessive quantity
- Suspected unauthorised resale
- Misuse of promotions
- Repeated refusal of COD deliveries
- Violation of these Terms
- Legal or regulatory restriction
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If we cancel an accepted prepaid order, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed.
We will not cancel an order or withhold a refund for a reason prohibited by applicable law.
12. Prices and Taxes
Product prices will be displayed on the website in Indian Rupees unless another currency is expressly stated.
Displayed prices may include or exclude delivery charges, COD fees, handling charges, and other transaction-specific amounts. The complete payable amount will be displayed before order confirmation.
Product prices may change without advance notice. A price change will not ordinarily affect an already accepted order unless:
- The displayed price resulted from an obvious technical error
- The transaction was not completed
- A tax or legal requirement changed
- Applicable law permits correction
Where a genuine pricing error occurs, we may contact the customer and offer the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it for an eligible refund.
We will issue invoices containing applicable information as required by law.
13. Payments
Available payment methods may include:
- UPI
- Debit cards
- Credit cards
- Net banking
- Supported wallets
- Cash on Delivery
- Other options displayed during checkout
Payment services may be operated by independent banks, gateways, wallet providers, or financial institutions.
We do not intend to directly store complete card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, card PINs, OTPs, or internet-banking passwords.
Customers must not share such credentials with anyone claiming to represent Swasthya Veda.
A payment may be declined, delayed, reversed, or placed under review by the relevant payment provider. We are not responsible for an independent financial institution’s systems, but we may provide reasonable assistance using information available to us.
If money is deducted but no order is confirmed, contact customer support and the relevant bank or payment provider. Any automatic reversal may be subject to the provider’s processing timeline.
14. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available only where displayed during checkout and may depend on:
- Delivery PIN code
- Courier availability
- Order value
- Product category
- Previous order history
- Successful telephone or OTP verification
- Risk or fraud checks
A COD fee may apply and will be displayed before order confirmation.
We may contact customers to verify a COD order. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
Customers should keep the correct amount available where necessary and obtain confirmation of payment from the delivery agent.
Repeated refusal of COD packages, false ordering, abusive conduct, or misuse may result in restriction of COD access, subject to applicable law.
15. Discounts, Coupons and Promotions
Discount codes, bundle offers, free gifts, promotional prices, and sales may be governed by specific conditions.
Unless expressly stated:
- Only one coupon may be used per order
- Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash
- Coupons cannot be applied after order confirmation
- Discounts may not apply to already discounted products
- Minimum order values may apply
- Certain products or locations may be excluded
- Offers may have a limited validity period
- Free gifts are subject to availability
- Coupons may be limited to one use per customer
- Shipping or COD charges may remain payable
We may reject or cancel a promotional benefit where there is:
- Duplicate use
- Automated abuse
- Account manipulation
- Fraud
- Technical exploitation
- Incorrect publication
- Violation of promotion terms
Any correction will be made fairly and subject to applicable consumer law.
16. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates rather than absolute guarantees unless we expressly confirm otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by:
- Courier capacity
- Location
- Weather
- Public holidays
- Transport disruption
- Local restrictions
- Incorrect address
- Unavailable recipient
- Force-majeure events
Customers must provide an accessible and accurate delivery location.
Tracking information may be supplied through email, SMS, WhatsApp, the website, or the courier partner.
Risk and responsibility relating to delivery will be handled according to applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction. Nothing in these Terms transfers risk to the customer earlier than legally permitted.
17. Failed Delivery and Return to Origin
A delivery may fail because of:
- Incorrect address
- Incorrect PIN code
- Unreachable telephone number
- Unavailable recipient
- Refusal to accept the package
- Restricted building access
- Failed COD verification
- Courier or local restrictions
If a package is returned to us, the customer should contact support.
Where failure is attributable to incorrect customer information or refusal, reshipping may require payment of additional delivery and handling charges. Any refund eligibility will be assessed under our published policies and applicable law.
If the courier fails to deliver despite accurate customer information and reasonable customer availability, we will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
18. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests are governed by our Cancellation Policy.
A customer should request cancellation as soon as possible. Cancellation may be possible before packing, invoicing, dispatch, or handover to the courier.
Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation. Cancellation is complete only after confirmation from us.
If an order has already been dispatched, the customer may need to follow the applicable return process.
We will not impose a cancellation charge on a customer where such a charge is not also appropriately borne by the seller for a unilateral cancellation, to the extent required by applicable law.
19. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our published Return, Replacement and Refund Policy and applicable law.
Because wellness products are consumable and hygiene-sensitive, opened, used, unsealed, consumed, altered, or improperly stored products may not be eligible for return merely because of a change of mind.
Customers should promptly report:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect products
- Missing products
- Expired products
- Tampered packages
- Other verified fulfilment errors
We may reasonably request:
- Order number
- Photographs
- Shipping-label images
- Product batch details
- Expiry information
- Continuous unboxing video
- Description of the issue
Evidence requirements will not be applied in a manner that unlawfully removes a customer’s statutory rights.
Approved resolutions may include replacement, partial refund, full refund, store credit, or another lawful remedy.
Refund processing after initiation may depend on the bank, payment gateway, card issuer, wallet, or UPI provider.
20. Customer Reviews and User Content
Customers may be able to submit:
- Reviews
- Ratings
- Photographs
- Videos
- Questions
- Comments
- Testimonials
- Suggestions
- Other content
You confirm that submitted content:
- Is based on a genuine experience
- Is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- Does not infringe intellectual property
- Does not reveal another person’s private information
- Is not fraudulent or misleading
- Is not abusive, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful
- Does not contain malicious code or spam
You retain ownership of original content you create. By submitting content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, display, format, and use that content in connection with operating and promoting Swasthya Veda, subject to applicable law and any specific consent requirements.
We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms. We will not suppress a genuine review solely because it is negative.
Identifiable customer images or videos will not be used in unrelated advertising where additional permission is legally required without seeking that permission.
21. Prohibited Uses

We may investigate suspected prohibited conduct and take proportionate action, including restricting access, cancelling fraudulent transactions, preserving evidence, or reporting unlawful conduct.
22. Intellectual Property
The website and its content may include intellectual property owned by or licensed to Swasthya Veda, including:

23. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may interact with independent services, including:
- Payment gateways
- Courier platforms
- Social-media networks
- Analytics providers
- Advertising services
- Customer-support tools
- External websites
Third parties may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not control every action, system, or policy of an independent provider. However, this clause does not remove our responsibility where applicable law makes us responsible for a transaction or service.
Users should review third-party terms before interacting directly with an external platform.
24. Privacy and Personal Data
Our collection and use of personal data are explained in the Swasthya Veda Privacy Policy.
By using the website, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed for purposes including:
- Account management
- Order fulfilment
- Payment confirmation
- Delivery
- Customer support
- Fraud prevention
- Legal compliance
- Marketing where permitted
Where processing requires consent, customers may exercise applicable consent choices and rights as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms do not authorise processing beyond what is permitted by applicable privacy law.
25. Communications
By providing valid contact information, you authorise us to send necessary service communications regarding:
- Order confirmation
- Payment status
- COD verification
- Dispatch
- Delivery
- Cancellation
- Return
- Replacement
- Refund
- Security
- Customer-support requests
Optional promotional messages will be sent according to applicable law and communication preferences.
Unsubscribing from promotions does not prevent necessary transactional or service communications concerning an existing order.
26. Website Security
Users must not attempt to bypass or interfere with security measures.
Although we use reasonable safeguards, no website or electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Customers should:
- Use a strong password
- Protect their mobile device and email
- Avoid sharing login details
- Log out from shared devices
- Report suspicious activity
- Avoid unverified payment links
We will never request an OTP, CVV, UPI PIN, card PIN, or banking password through customer support.
27. Disclaimer of Warranties
We aim to maintain accurate, secure, and functional services. However, to the maximum extent legally permitted, the website is provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- The website will always be uninterrupted
- Every technical error will be immediately corrected
- Every feature will work on every device
- Every product will remain available
- Website content will never contain a minor error
- Third-party services will always function properly
This disclaimer does not affect express product commitments, statutory warranties, consumer guarantees, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
28. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swasthya Veda will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from:
- Misuse of a product contrary to its label
- Use beyond recommended directions
- Failure to disclose relevant allergies or contraindications
- Reliance on website content as medical advice
- Unauthorised account access caused by customer credential sharing
- Third-party systems outside our reasonable control
- Prohibited use of the website
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Fraud
- Wilful misconduct
- Product liability that cannot lawfully be excluded
- Death or personal injury where liability cannot be excluded
- Breach of non-waivable consumer rights
- Any matter for which limitation is prohibited by law
Any limitation will be interpreted only to the extent legally valid.
29. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, a user may be responsible for loss reasonably arising from that user’s:
- Fraudulent activity
- Unlawful use
- Intellectual-property infringement
- Malicious interference with the website
- False representation
- Material violation of these Terms
This clause is not intended to make an ordinary customer responsible for matters caused by Swasthya Veda or to remove a statutory consumer remedy.
30. Force Majeure
We will not be treated as having breached these Terms solely because performance was prevented or materially delayed by an event beyond our reasonable control, such as:
- Natural disaster
- Flood
- Fire
- Epidemic or pandemic
- War
- Civil disturbance
- Government restriction
- Strike
- Transport interruption
- Internet or utility failure
- Courier disruption
- Cyberattack despite reasonable safeguards
- Supply-chain interruption
We will make reasonable efforts to reduce disruption and communicate material delays.
Customers will retain remedies available under applicable law.
31. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate website access where reasonably necessary because of:
- Serious violation of these Terms
- Fraud
- Security risk
- Unlawful conduct
- Repeated abusive behaviour
- Unauthorised resale
- Harm to the website or other users
Termination of website access will not eliminate:
- Payment obligations already incurred
- Valid customer rights
- Pending refunds
- Legal claims
- Clauses intended to survive termination
A customer may stop using the website at any time and may request account deletion subject to our Privacy Policy and legal-retention requirements.
32. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms because of:
- Changes to law
- Regulatory requirements
- New products
- New website features
- Operational changes
- Security improvements
- Changes to payment or delivery services
The updated Terms will display a revised “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. A material change will not retroactively remove rights already attached to a completed transaction.
Where additional notice or consent is legally required, we will take appropriate steps.
33. Severability
If a court or competent authority finds any part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
34. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision, that does not mean we permanently waive the right to enforce it later.
Any waiver must be lawful and appropriately authorised.
No waiver can remove a statutory consumer right.
35. Assignment
Customers may not transfer contractual rights or obligations arising from an order without our consent, except where applicable law permits such transfer.
We may transfer business-related rights or obligations as part of a lawful restructuring, merger, sale, or transfer, provided that customer rights and applicable legal obligations remain protected.
36. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to non-waivable consumer rights and jurisdiction available under applicable law, disputes may be brought before the competent courts or authorities having lawful jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents a customer from approaching an appropriate consumer commission, regulator, grievance mechanism, or other forum available under applicable law.
37. Dispute Resolution
Before beginning formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact our Grievance Officer and provide:
- Full name
- Registered contact details
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Supporting documents
- Requested resolution
We will make reasonable efforts to review and resolve the complaint.
Any optional negotiation, mediation, or arbitration arrangement will apply only where legally valid and will not prevent a consumer from using a statutory remedy that cannot be waived.
39. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference and any specific terms displayed for a product or promotion, form the agreement between the customer and Swasthya Veda concerning website use and online purchases.
If a product page or promotion includes additional lawful conditions, those specific conditions will apply to that product or promotion.
No informal statement by an unauthorised person changes these Terms.
